What makes a WAVE image?
WAVE images will address Environment, Humanity and Responsibility. We will show nature at its best. We will show healthy living, portraits, positive use of resources, interacting with the environment in a non-damaging way. We will show positive and negative sources of energy and resources. These parameters, while fairly broad, will be packaged and presented in a thoughtful manner, to ensure that WAVE is viewed as a new and vital look at nature and humanity.
WAVE is committed to:
• Prompt speed to market – images and CDs will be forwarded to resellers on a regular, quarterly basis.
• Monthly reporting of sales, both for individual photographer and company-wide, commencing within six months
of the launch of WAVE and monthly payment of paid sales, also commencing within 6 months of the launch.
• Prompt keywording of submissions. Photographers have the opportunity to review and add to keywords electronically
before they hit the market.
• Non-exclusive photographer agreements, image exclusive agreements
• Photographer edited submissions. Once a Photographer has proven themselves in the quality and quantity of submissions,
they will achieve a ‘preferred supplier’ status. WAVE will perform only a minimum of editing within an accepted submission
in order to protect WAVE’s the reputation for high standards.
• No maximum number of photographers – as the number of images and photographers increase, so does the overall value
of the company, which we all share.
• Accessing the biggest resellers on the planet.
• Providing photographers with subject guidelines, sales information, and other materials to assist photographers in bringing
the best and most appropriate material to market.
